Cindy Campanella has demonstrated mastery in human resources, talent management, training, organizational development, marketing, and other strategic initiatives designed to effectively steward employee and company resources to organizational goals.  She is a strategic, innovative, and entrepreneurial leader whose career success has spanned the private and public sectors.

Cindy has proudly served in executive leadership roles responsible for pioneering strategies to enhance employee and constituent engagement; leadership training and development; strategic planning, succession planning, and organizational alignment; coaching, performance management, and teambuilding; talent acquisition and retention; culture and change management; corporate wellness; marketing and branding; corporate social responsibility; and more to improve organizational effectiveness.

Cindy has developed and facilitated a vast array of technical and professional development curriculums, seminars, and presentations nationally and internationally.  

Cindy has multiple coaching certifications in personality style, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.

In addition, she enjoys being involved in many business and community organizations, is a recipient of the Delaware Business Times Human Resource Innovator Award and is a featured presenter in her profession.

Cindy earned a Master of Science Degree in Management – Organizational Leadership (Summa Cum Laude) from Wilmington University and her BS – Economics from the University of Delaware, where she currently serves as an Executive Mentor for the College of Business & Economics.
