Taking Flight with DISC

A contemporary approach to the traditional personality style workshops. Four key concepts are taught: self-awareness, social awareness, flexibility, and culture. The birds – Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl – are brain-friendly replacements for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance (DISC). Each participant receives an individual profile assessment that includes critical items such as: style characteristics, communication style, strengths, leadership style, work tendencies, ideal desired environment, motivators, stress response, tips to overcome deficiencies, and more!

Team Dynamics

A complement to Taking Flight with DISC, this program helps participants understand their team by examining how style creates culture in teams, and you learn to develop strategies to highlight strengths of individual team members and overcome challenges that may be limiting optimal team performance. The team receives a customized high-level report of DISC results for the team and individuals on the team to assist with a better understanding each other.

Integrated with the Taking Flight Profile, this individualized report explains how your personality style is likely to understand, manage, and leverage your emotions related to the four primary components of EQ: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management. Create your own action plan for developmental improvement.
